Mental wellbeing is a crucial part of our lives. Please set aside time and come to the Elysian Festival in Mono, Ontario in support of mental wellbeing August 17th from 10:00am – 3:00pm., at Mono Community Centre, 754483 Mono Centre Road, Mono, Ontario. I am donating my time to the cause for a one-hour group demonstration from 2-3pm. This festival was created to promote the healing power of connection; to harness the idea of togetherness and to provide a safe and open environment for all building a foundation for future generations to grow healthier in mind, body and spirit.
